Australian Art Database reserves the right to cancel an account of in our sole determination there is unusual usage, not limited to automatic searches, storage or piracy of our data.

Once you have taken out a subscription and are notified of payment being received no refunds are able to be made.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You and The Service agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
